Our games in short

• Free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads, ironSource Ads) and, in some games, Google AdMob. These partners receive device and ad-interaction data to show, measure and protect ads.
• Tracking is your choice. On iPhone, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it in Apple’s tracking prompt. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask consent before personalised ads. You can change these choices anytime in the game’s Settings › Privacy choices.
• “Remove Ads” purchases remove interstitial and banner ads; rewarded ads you choose to watch stay available.
• An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress is backed up with Firebase (Google) so you can restore it on another device. You can delete the account at any time in the game’s settings.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Remote Config to understand how games are played and adjust a few settings without an update.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and Google; we never see your payment details.
• No chat, and we never ask for your name, phone number or precise location.

This website

• No cookies and no advertising trackers on this website.
• If enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that count page views without identifying you.
• Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security, for a short period.

Live series (Flag Wars, Stadium Builder, Insert Coin Club, Noob Bee, Level Tower)

When you comment on, like or follow our episodes, your public handle and that interaction are already public on that platform. To run the series we record your public handle, what you named (a country, a club, a skill, a world), and the date. Your handle may then appear on the live maps and in episodes (for example as a Founder). We never collect anything else and never use it for advertising.

Want your handle removed? Email us and it will be replaced with “anonymous” at the next daily update.

Your rights

Under Québec’s Law 25, the GDPR, US state privacy laws and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to its use. Email bonjour@tazgo.ca and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or your local data protection authority.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and in each game.
